A huge part of a child’s early development and learning is in nurturing their role play skills and lively imagination. Our children spend lots of time taking on a ‘role’ through their play and in their role play areas in their groups. We often have pirate ships in the playground or dragons flying overhead and our staff love joining in these exciting dramas. Being creative, imaginative and confident is something which we seek to encourage in our children at The Monton Village Nursery and we foster this love of drama with our two annual productions from the Pre-School Group. Every Christmas and Summer the children put on a dramatic performance with singing and dancing for their families to come and see. The children perform on stage and it is wonderful to see their confidence grow as spot their families in the audience. We are sure that you will love coming to see your little one at their stage debut!
